Terms and Conditions for Crystal Clear Cleaning Arizona Inc.

Welcome to Crystal Clear Cleaning Arizona Inc. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Membership Renewal:

    • All memberships will renew automatically one month from the purchase date.
    • Membership requires a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive booking cycles. If cancelled beforehand, a single month of membership charge will be incurred.
  2. Service Inclusion:

    • Each membership includes the provision of one cleaning specialist and all necessary supplies required for the contracted cleaning services.
  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of service date will not be refunded. Instead, a credit for future services will be offered.
  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds are not issued for memberships. Upon cancellation you will no longer be charged for our services.
  5. Liability:

    • By agreeing to our services, you waive any liability for events that occur during our services that are not covered by our liability insurance.
    • Neither Crystal Clear Cleaning Arizona Inc. nor its subsidiaries will be held liable for any such events.
